Galactic Heroes AT-AT, Canadian Style

Yesterday was a very good day for this Galactic Heroes collector — the AT-AT showed up at my local Walmart and I’m a tad excited about adding this kickass toy to my collection.  Here’s a  look at the packaging as designed for the Canadian market.  Enjoy!

Toy Fair: AT-AT

The New York Toy Fair has begun!  First up are some images of the long awaited All-Terrain Armored Transport, Galactic Heroes style.  It has some electronics, like lights and sounds, and also includes an AT-AT Driver and Speeder Bike.  It will be in stores in August, when the entire Star Wars line is rebooting itself for 2010.  It doesn’t appear to be an exclusive, so hopefully it will be available in all of your local stores.  Check out Rebelscum’s gallery (starting at image 27) for a few loose shots – you’re gonna love it!

AT-AT Delayed Until 2011

Hasbro gave us some mixed news during their most recent Q&A session, as asked by YakFace.com.  The good news is that the much anticipated AT-AT is still going to see release; the bad news is that we’ll have to wait until Fall 2011 to get our hands on it.

I guess that will give my Snowspeeder Pilots more time to train on how to take this bad boy down during the Battle of Hoth…
