Clear R2-D2 Galactic Hero

I came across an interesting auction on ebay last week for a transparent 2-legged R2-D2 figure.  So naturally the questions arose – is it an upcoming figure?  a cancelled one?  or maybe just a custom?  The seller was from Hong Kong, so since the figures are produced there, anything is possible.  If you’ve got an ideas, feel free to comment!
